Kişisel Verilerin İşlenmesine İlişkin Aydınlatma Metni
Bu Aydınlatma Metni, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'nun ("KVKK") 10. maddesi ile Aydınlatma Yükümlülüğünün Yerine Getirilmesinde Uyulacak Usul ve Esaslar Hakkında Tebliğ uyarınca, matrushca.com adresindeki siteyi ziyaret etmeniz ve sitedeki e-posta formunu kullanmanız sırasında işlenen kişisel verileriniz hakkında sizi bilgilendirmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.
1. Veri sorumlusu
Kişisel verileriniz, veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla {{VERI_SORUMLUSU_UNVANI}} ("Fikir Fukara") tarafından işlenir. Matrushca, bir Fikir Fukara girişimidir. Veri sorumlusunun iletişim bilgileri:

2. İşlenen kişisel veriler
- E-posta adresiniz (iletişim bilgisi), e-posta formunu kullanmanız hâlinde.
- Onay ve ret kayıtlarınız: onay verdiğiniz Açık Rıza Metni'nin sürümü; onay verdiğiniz, varsa e-posta adresinizi doğruladığınız ve rızanızı geri aldığınız tarih ve saat.
- Ziyaret sırasında işlenen teknik bilgiler: bağlantınızın IP adresi ile tarayıcınızın gönderdiği teknik bilgiler (örneğin ziyaret edilen sayfa, yönlendiren adres, tarayıcı ve cihaz türü).
Formda adınız, telefon numaranız veya başka herhangi bir bilgi istenmez. Teknik bilgiler; sitenin size ulaştırılabilmesi, formun kötüye kullanılmasının (örneğin kısa sürede çok sayıda deneme yapılmasının) önlenmesi ve ziyaret istatistiklerinin ölçülmesi için barındırma hizmet sağlayıcımız tarafından yalnızca geçici olarak işlenir. IP adresiniz ve tarayıcı bilgileriniz veri tabanımıza kaydedilmez ve tarafımızca saklanmaz.
3. İşleme amaçları
Kişisel verileriniz aşağıdaki amaçlarla işlenir:
- Zamanı geldiğinde Matrushca hakkında sizi bilgilendirmek ve bu amaçla size e-posta göndermek;
- E-posta adresinin size ait olduğunu, size göndereceğimiz ve tanıtım içeriği taşımayan bir doğrulama e-postasıyla teyit etmek;
- Onayınızın ve ret bildiriminizin varlığını, kapsamını ve tarihini ispat edebilmek ve bunları mevzuat uyarınca İleti Yönetim Sistemine (İYS) kaydettirmek;
- Sitenin güvenli şekilde sunulması ve formun kötüye kullanılmasının önlenmesi;
- Sitenin ziyaret istatistiklerinin toplu ve kişiyi tanımlamayacak şekilde ölçülmesi.
Verileriniz bu amaçlar dışında kullanılmaz, satılmaz ve profil oluşturmak için kullanılmaz.
4. Hukuki sebepler ve toplama yöntemi
- E-posta adresinizin yukarıdaki bilgilendirme amacıyla işlenmesi: KVKK md. 5/1 uyarınca açık rızanız. Size ticari elektronik ileti gönderilebilmesi için ayrıca 6563 sayılı Elektronik Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun ile Ticari İletişim ve Ticari Elektronik İletiler Hakkında Yönetmelik uyarınca onayınız gereklidir.
- Doğrulama e-postasının gönderilmesi, onay ve ret kayıtlarının saklanması ve İYS'ye bildirilmesi: KVKK md. 5/2-ç (veri sorumlusunun hukuki yükümlülüğünü yerine getirebilmesi için zorunlu olması) ve md. 5/2-e (bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması veya korunması için veri işlemenin zorunlu olması).
- Sitenin güvenli şekilde sunulması, formun kötüye kullanılmasının önlenmesi ve ziyaret istatistiklerinin ölçülmesi kapsamında IP adresinin ve teknik bilgilerin geçici olarak işlenmesi: KVKK md. 5/2-f (temel hak ve özgürlüklerinize zarar vermemek kaydıyla, veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaatleri için veri işlenmesinin zorunlu olması).
Kişisel verileriniz elektronik ortamda toplanır: e-posta adresiniz ve onay kaydınız, sitedeki e-posta formunu doldurup onay kutusunu işaretlemeniz üzerine; doğrulama kaydınız, doğrulama e-postasındaki bağlantıyı kullanmanız üzerine; ret kaydınız, rızanızı geri almanız üzerine; teknik bilgiler ise siteyi ziyaret ettiğinizde tarayıcınız aracılığıyla.
5. Kişisel verilerin aktarılması
Kişisel verileriniz, yukarıdaki amaçlarla sınırlı olarak aşağıdaki alıcı gruplarına aktarılabilir:
- Barındırma ve altyapı hizmet sağlayıcısı: Sitenin sunulması, e-posta listesi kayıtlarının saklanması, formun kötüye kullanılmasının önlenmesi ve Cloudflare Web Analytics aracılığıyla ziyaret istatistiklerinin ölçülmesi amacıyla, veri işleyen sıfatıyla hizmet aldığımız Cloudflare, Inc. (ABD).
- E-posta gönderim hizmeti sağlayıcıları: Size Matrushca hakkında e-posta gönderilebilmesi amacıyla, veri işleyen sıfatıyla hizmet alacağımız e-posta gönderim hizmeti sağlayıcıları. Bu sağlayıcılar yurt dışında yerleşik olabilir ve sunucuları yurt dışında bulunabilir.
- İleti Yönetim Sistemi A.Ş. (İYS): 6563 sayılı Kanun ve Ticari İletişim ve Ticari Elektronik İletiler Hakkında Yönetmelik uyarınca onayınızın ve ret bildiriminizin kaydedilmesi amacıyla, hukuki yükümlülüğümüzün yerine getirilmesi kapsamında.
- Yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşları: Hukuki yükümlülüklerimizin gerektirdiği hâllerde ve bu ölçüyle sınırlı olarak.
Kişisel verileriniz bunlar dışında hiçbir üçüncü kişiyle paylaşılmaz ve satılmaz.
E-posta formu aracılığıyla toplanan kayıtlar (e-posta adresiniz ile onay ve ret kayıtlarınız) Cloudflare'in Avrupa Birliği içindeki veri merkezlerinde saklanır; site içeriği Cloudflare'in küresel ağı üzerinden sunulur. Cloudflare yurt dışında yerleşik olduğundan ve verileriniz bu hizmetler kapsamında Cloudflare'in ve e-posta gönderim hizmeti sağlayıcılarının yurt dışındaki sunucularında işlenebileceğinden, yurt dışına yapılan bu aktarımlar KVKK md. 9 ve Kişisel Verilerin Yurt Dışına Aktarılmasına İlişkin Usul ve Esaslar Hakkında Yönetmelik uyarınca, Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu tarafından ilan edilen standart sözleşme imzalanarak ve Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumuna bildirilerek yapılır.
6. Saklama süresi
E-posta adresiniz, açık rızanızı geri alana kadar ve her hâlükârda en geç {{SAKLAMA_SURESI}} süreyle e-posta listesinde tutulur. Bu sürenin sonunda veya rızanızı geri almanız üzerine e-posta adresiniz gönderim listesinden çıkarılır ve size artık ileti gönderilmez. Doğrulama e-postasında belirtilen süre içinde doğrulanmayan e-posta adresleri gönderim listesine alınmaz ve bu adreslere ilişkin kayıtlar söz konusu sürenin sonunda silinir.
Onayınıza ve ret bildiriminize ilişkin kayıtlar (e-posta adresiniz, onay verdiğiniz metnin sürümü, onay ve ret tarihleri), onayın verildiğini ve geri alındığını ispat edebilmek amacıyla ve yalnızca bu amaçla, ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen süre boyunca (Ticari İletişim ve Ticari Elektronik İletiler Hakkında Yönetmelik uyarınca onayın sona erdiği tarihten itibaren üç yıl) saklanır. Bu sürenin sonunda kayıtlar silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hâle getirilir.
7. Çerezler ve ziyaret istatistikleri
Bu sitede çerez (cookie) kullanılmaz ve ziyaretçileri tek tek izlemeye yönelik bir teknoloji kullanılmaz. Sitede, çerez kullanmayan Cloudflare Web Analytics hizmeti aracılığıyla toplu ve kişiyi tanımlamayan ziyaret istatistikleri (örneğin sayfa görüntüleme sayısı) elde edilebilir. Bu kapsamda IP adresiniz ve tarayıcı bilgileriniz Cloudflare tarafından yalnızca istatistiğin oluşturulması için geçici olarak işlenir; sizi tanımlayan bir kayıt tutulmaz.
8. KVKK md. 11 kapsamındaki haklarınız
KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca veri sorumlusuna başvurarak kendinizle ilgili aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:
- a) Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
- b) Kişisel verileriniz işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
- c) Kişisel verilerinizin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
- ç) Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kişisel verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,
- d) Kişisel verilerinizin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme,
- e) KVKK'nın 7. maddesinde öngörülen şartlar çerçevesinde kişisel verilerinizin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme,
- f) (d) ve (e) bentleri uyarınca yapılan işlemlerin, kişisel verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
- g) İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,
- ğ) Kişisel verilerinizin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme.
9. Başvuru yolu
Haklarınıza ilişkin taleplerinizi, Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ'e uygun olarak aşağıdaki yollardan biriyle iletebilirsiniz:
- {{VERI_SORUMLUSU_ADRESI}} adresine ıslak imzalı yazılı başvuru ile;
- kayıtlı elektronik posta (KEP) adresinizden {{KEP_ADRESI}} KEP adresimize;
- güvenli elektronik imza ya da mobil imza kullanarak veya daha önce tarafımıza bildirdiğiniz ve sistemimizde kayıtlı bulunan e-posta adresinizden {{ILETISIM_EPOSTA}} adresine e-posta göndererek.
Başvurunuzda; adınız, soyadınız ve başvuru yazılı ise imzanız, T.C. vatandaşıysanız T.C. kimlik numaranız (yabancıysanız uyruğunuz, pasaport numaranız veya varsa kimlik numaranız), tebligata esas yerleşim yeri veya iş yeri adresiniz, varsa bildirime esas e-posta adresiniz, telefon ve faks numaranız ile talep konunuz bulunmalıdır.
Başvurunuz, talebin niteliğine göre en kısa sürede ve en geç otuz gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılır. İşlemin ayrıca bir maliyet gerektirmesi hâlinde, Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu tarafından belirlenen tarifedeki ücret alınabilir. Başvurunuzun reddedilmesi, verilen cevabı yetersiz bulmanız veya süresinde başvurunuza cevap verilmemesi hâllerinde; cevabı öğrendiğiniz tarihten itibaren otuz gün ve her hâlde başvuru tarihinden itibaren altmış gün içinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kuruluna şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.
10. Güncellemeler
Bu metinde değişiklik yapılması hâlinde güncel sürüm, yeni sürüm tarihiyle birlikte bu sayfada yayımlanır. Her onay kaydında, onay verdiğiniz metnin sürümü saklanır.

Açık rıza vermek isteğe bağlıdır. Rıza vermemenizin tek sonucu e-posta listesine kaydolamamanızdır; siteyi kullanmanız bundan etkilenmez.
Açık rızanızı ve onayınızı dilediğiniz zaman, herhangi bir gerekçe göstermeksizin ve ücretsiz olarak geri alabilirsiniz. Bunun için {{ILETISIM_EPOSTA}} adresine e-posta göndermeniz veya size gönderilen her ticari elektronik iletide sunulan ret imkânını kullanmanız yeterlidir. Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice has been prepared under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, to inform you about the personal data processed when you visit the site at matrushca.com and use its email form.
1. Data controller
Your personal data are processed by {{VERI_SORUMLUSU_UNVANI}} ("Fikir Fukara") as the data controller. Matrushca is a Fikir Fukara venture. Contact details of the data controller:

2. Personal data processed
- Your email address (contact data), if you use the email form.
- Your consent and opt-out records: the version of the Explicit Consent text you agreed to, and the date and time you gave your consent and, where applicable, confirmed your email address and withdrew your consent.
- Technical data processed during your visit: your connection's IP address and the technical data your browser sends (for example, the page visited, the referring address, and the browser and device type).
The form does not ask for your name, phone number or any other information. The technical data are processed only temporarily by our hosting service provider, to deliver the site to you, to prevent misuse of the form (for example, many attempts in a short time) and to measure visit statistics. Your IP address and browser details are not recorded in our database and are not kept by us.
3. Purposes of processing
Your personal data are processed for the following purposes:
- To let you know about Matrushca when it's time, and to send you emails for that purpose;
- To confirm that the email address belongs to you, with a confirmation email that we will send you and that contains no promotional content;
- To be able to prove the existence, scope and date of your approval and of any opt-out, and to register them with İleti Yönetim Sistemi (İYS) as required by law;
- To deliver the site securely and to prevent misuse of the form;
- To measure the site's visit statistics in an aggregated form that does not identify anyone.
Your data are not used for any other purpose, are not sold and are not used for profiling.
4. Legal grounds and method of collection
- Processing your email address for the purpose of letting you know about Matrushca: your explicit consent under Article 5(1) KVKK. Sending you commercial electronic messages additionally requires your approval under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages.
- Sending the confirmation email, keeping the consent and opt-out records and notifying them to İYS: Article 5(2)(ç) KVKK (processing is necessary for the data controller to comply with a legal obligation) and Article 5(2)(e) KVKK (processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right).
- Temporary processing of the IP address and technical data to deliver the site securely, prevent misuse of the form and measure visit statistics: Article 5(2)(f) KVKK (processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms).
Your personal data are collected electronically: your email address and consent record when you fill in the email form on the site and tick the consent box; your confirmation record when you use the link in the confirmation email; your opt-out record when you withdraw your consent; and the technical data through your browser when you visit the site.
5. Transfers of personal data
Your personal data may be transferred to the following groups of recipients, only for the purposes above:
- Hosting and infrastructure provider: Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which provides services to us as a data processor to deliver the site, store the email list records, prevent misuse of the form and measure visit statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics.
- Email delivery service providers: the email delivery service providers we will engage as data processors so that emails about Matrushca can be sent to you. These providers may be established abroad and their servers may be located outside Türkiye.
- İleti Yönetim Sistemi A.Ş. (İYS): to register your approval and your opt-out, as required by Law No. 6563 and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, in compliance with our legal obligation.
- Competent public authorities: where required by our legal obligations, and only to that extent.
Your personal data are not shared with any other third party and are not sold.
The records collected through the email form (your email address and your consent and opt-out records) are stored in Cloudflare data centres within the European Union; the site itself is delivered through Cloudflare's global network. As Cloudflare is established abroad and, in the course of these services, your data may be processed on servers of Cloudflare and of the email delivery service providers outside Türkiye, these transfers abroad are made under Article 9 KVKK and the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles for the Transfer of Personal Data Abroad, by signing the standard contract announced by the Personal Data Protection Board and notifying it to the Personal Data Protection Authority.
6. Retention period
Your email address is kept on the email list until you withdraw your explicit consent, and in any case for no longer than {{SAKLAMA_SURESI}}. At the end of this period, or when you withdraw your consent, your email address is removed from the mailing list and you receive no further messages. Email addresses that are not confirmed within the period stated in the confirmation email are not added to the mailing list, and the records relating to them are erased at the end of that period.
The records of your approval and opt-out (your email address, the version of the text you agreed to, and the dates of your approval and opt-out) are kept solely to prove that approval was given and withdrawn, for the period required by the relevant legislation (three years from the end of the approval, under the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages). At the end of that period the records are erased, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Cookies and visit statistics
This site does not use cookies or any technology to track individual visitors. The site may obtain aggregated visit statistics that do not identify anyone (for example, the number of page views) through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. For this purpose your IP address and browser details are processed by Cloudflare only temporarily, to produce the statistics; no record identifying you is kept.
8. Your rights under Article 11 KVKK
Under Article 11 KVKK, you may apply to the data controller to exercise the following rights concerning your personal data:
- a) to find out whether your personal data are processed;
- b) to request information about the processing, if your personal data have been processed;
- c) to find out the purpose of the processing and whether your personal data are used in line with that purpose;
- ç) to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your personal data are transferred;
- d) to request the correction of your personal data if they are incomplete or inaccurate;
- e) to request the erasure or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 KVKK;
- f) to request that the operations carried out under (d) and (e) be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred;
- g) to object to a result to your detriment arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems;
- ğ) to claim compensation for the damage you suffer as a result of the unlawful processing of your personal data.
9. How to apply
You can submit requests regarding your rights, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, in one of the following ways:
- by a written application bearing your wet signature, sent to {{VERI_SORUMLUSU_ADRESI}};
- from your registered electronic mail (KEP) address to our KEP address {{KEP_ADRESI}};
- by using a secure electronic signature or mobile signature, or by sending an email to {{ILETISIM_EPOSTA}} from the email address you previously gave us and which is registered in our system.
Your application must include your name, surname and, for written applications, your signature; for Turkish citizens, your Turkish ID number (for foreign nationals, your nationality and passport number or, if any, ID number); your residential or workplace address for service of notices; your email address, telephone and fax number for notification, if any; and the subject of your request.
Your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible, depending on the nature of the request, and within thirty days at the latest. If the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board. If your application is rejected, you find the response insufficient, or no response is given in time, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within thirty days of becoming aware of the response, and in any case within sixty days of the date of your application.
10. Updates
If this text changes, the current version will be published on this page with a new version date. Each consent record keeps the version of the text you agreed to.
Explicit Consent
By ticking the consent box on the email form on the site, you make the following statement, exactly as it is shown next to the box:
I agree to receive emails about Matrushca and consent to my email address being processed for this purpose, as described in the Privacy Notice.
This English statement on the form is the translation of the Turkish Açık Rıza Metni above.
Giving explicit consent is optional. The only consequence of not giving it is that you cannot join the email list; your use of the site is not affected.
You can withdraw your explicit consent and approval at any time, without giving any reason and free of charge. To do so, simply send an email to {{ILETISIM_EPOSTA}} or use the opt-out option provided in every commercial electronic message we send you. Your opt-out is processed within three working days at the latest, after which you receive no further messages. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal.
